I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Concordia University and a Master of Education, specializing in Teaching, Learning, and Development from Brock University. My academic journey sharpened my ability to analyze and interpret complex themes, enabling me to approach my work as an editor and entrepreneur with empathy and precision.

In 2022, I founded Indira Candle Co. to spark conversations about self-care and challenging traditional norms. The tagline, redefining strength, encourages rest in a culture that often glorifies endurance over well-being. Responding to my community’s needs, I offer non-toxic candles, digital resources, and coaching focused on setting boundaries and preventing burnout. In my editorial work, I apply the same intentional, client-centred approach, collaborating closely with clients to bring their stories to life in ways that authentically reflect their unique voices.
